Chemeketa welcomes Drs. David and Laura Parajon, directors of Amos Health and Hope, as they discuss their experience working in public health and international development in Nicaragua. Amos Health and Hope partners with Chemeketa students taking the class “International Community Service in Action” which travels to Nicaragua. This event is free and open to the public; free parking is available to visitors. Further information and orientation preview for “International Community Service in Action” and the 2013 Nicaragua trip will be available December 1.
