CTE Exploration Week

Spend time on campus this summer learning from Chemeketa faculty with hands-on experience on Chemeketa's CTE programs.

Do you know a 14-16 year old student that lives in Marion, Polk or Yamhill County? We have this FREE opportunity available this summer!

CTE Exploration Week- sponsored by Oregon Career Pathways- gives students ages 14-16 in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties a chance to have Free hands-on experiences on Chemeketa's Salem campus in:

• Allied Health
• Computer Information Systems
• Early Childhood Education
• K-12 Education
• Horticulture
• Robotics
• Interviewing 101: Making ChatGPT Work for You
• Diesel Technology (Brooks Center only)

CTE Exploration Week will be held June 23rd-26th from 8:30am-1:45pm; grab and go breakfast and lunch is included. The deadline to register is Tuesday, May 20th or until filled. Please note: Space is limited to 150 students, click here to apply. First round of acceptance emails will be sent on May 20th, to the email address provided in the application.
