Gretchen Schuette Art Gallery
A Thousand Words
The Gretchen Schuette Art Gallery is pleased to welcome Len Davis and his show A Thousand Words from November 5 to December 5. Davis' work consists of multimedia collages and assemblages. He combines imagery and text to create artworks which ask the viewer to think about their experiences in the world. These images reflect on humanity while juxtaposing many ideas. The resulting effect is a visual and intellectual punch for the viewer.
Len Davis is the recipient of the Gretchen Schuette Art Gallery's privately funded grant for visiting artists. In addition to the show A Thousand Words viewers may attend a lecture and workshop given by the artist, free of charge. See below for dates.
