The Health Information Management program is on a first come first-served basis. We have filled our seats for our Fall 2024 cohort.

Criminal Background Check, Drug Screening, & Immunization
Accepted applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check. If a potential student does not pass the criminal background check, acceptance may be denied.
Criminal Background Checks will be ordered through Advanced Reporting upon acceptance into the program. Please review the disqualifying crimes list.
Accepted applicants might need to submit the following based on practicum site requirements:

- Drug screen
- Immunizations based on practicum site requirements
