Chemeketa students and employees: Our COVID-19 Questionnaire is no longer accepting responses. In accordance with current Oregon Health Authority guidance, it is not necessary to report your positive test result.
If you have COVID-19 or are ill (source Centers for Disease Control and Prevention):
- Stay home and away from others until at least 24 hours after both: 1.) your symptoms are getting better overall, and, 2.) you have not had a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medication).
- Avoid contact with high-risk individuals like people who live in congregate care facilities or people with immunocompromising conditions for 10 days.
- Resume normal activities and use added prevention strategies over the next five days (e.g. taking more steps for cleaner air, enhancing your hygiene practices, wearing a well-fitting mask, keeping a distance from others, and/or getting tested for respiratory viruses.)
Visitors: Please use the same precautions. Find a COVID-19 testing site: Call 211 or click here.
