Earn a Full Tuition Scholarship With Chemeketa Scholars

Chemeketa Scholars covers up to two years of tuition in any field of study, including career technical programs.

What's New with Chemeketa Scholars

Chemeketa Scholars Eligibility Requirements

High School Students

  • Attend a high school within Chemeketa’s district or reside in Chemeketa’s district
  • Have an unweighted cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. This GPA is through first semester/trimester of the final year of high school
  • Be on track to earn a high school diploma
  • Enroll full-time (12-18 credits) at Chemeketa in the first fall term after graduation

Homeschool Students

  • Reside in Chemeketa’s district
  • Be registered with the Willamette Education Services District (WESD) as a homeschool student. Documentation is required
  • Be placed into Writing 115 and Math 095 or higher*
  • Earn ACT composite score of 27 or SAT combined score of 1270 in the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing Plus Math tests
  • Enroll full time (12-18 credits) at Chemeketa in the first fall term after finishing high school requirements

Military

  • Meet all requirements for either high school or homeschool students
  • Joined the military within three months of graduating high school or finishing high school requirements
  • Enroll full time (12-18 credits) at Chemeketa within six months of discharge

*SAT/ACT scores cannot be used in lieu of placement assessment results.
