Chemeketa Scholars Important Dates

• Fall 2025 admission application
  
  
• Online Scholars application available February 24, 2025 at 8 am
  
  
• Submit all application materials by March 7, 2025, 5 pm
  Materials received after this date and time will not be considered. Only complete application packets will be considered
  
  
• Missing documentation
  We will notify you via email to your Chemeketa Gmail account by April 4, 2025
  
  
• Scholarship award notification
  Official Scholars award notifications will be sent to your Chemeketa Gmail account by early May, 2025
  
  
• Orientation and advising
  In order to qualify for early registration status, Scholars must meet with an advisor
  
  
• Class registration - After advising
  Scholars can register for classes after meeting with an advisor. Log in to your Chemeketa account to see your priority registration date and time
  
  
• Fall term begins - September 2025
